An elderly man was brutally attacked in Astoria yesterday morning, and the entire thing was caught on video.

 

The victim was a 78-year-old man, and he was jumped in front of a store by a stranger. He attacked him there in broad daylight.The man then stole his money, and left the victim on the ground.

 

The victim is now in stable condition after suffering head injuries from the attack and fall.
