On June 18, at about 10:30 AM, a 53 year old customer at a ET Laundromat on 31st Street around Broadway witnessed a suspect, that police are now looking for, crudely pleasuring himself in front of customers.

The suspect quickly fled when he realized that the woman who saw him had walked over to the manager to report the incident.

The laundromat pervert was described as a black male or around 25 years of age, standing at about 5 feet 11 inches and weighing in at 200 pounds, with short hair.
