Semi-annually Dr. Dayanayev, Dr. Morrone, and Dr. Malakov of Steinway Family Dental Center host Free Dental Day. This event provides a free day of preventative dental care to adults 18 or older within our community. This year Free Dental Day will be held on August 5th, 2016 from 10-3.

SFDC Free Dental Day was created to provide aid to the growing number of those who can’t afford dental services. According to the American Hygienist Association, “50% of Americans do not receive regular oral health care.” This high inability to visit the dentist causes thousands to miss out on preventative dental care that could greatly help both their oral health and overall health.

“People with teeth live longer. There is no better reason to take care of your oral health,” said Dr. Aleksandr Dayanayev.

At Steinway Family Dental Center any procedure that can be done in one day, including but not limited to cleanings, exams, x-rays, and more. Patients can also expect to learn about the importance of regular dental examinations, proper brushing and flossing techniques, and important information relevant to their dental health.
