David Américo Ortiz Arias, better known as “Big Papi” and formerly of the Boston Red Sox is coming to Astoria. The Dominican American retired professional baseball player will be coming to Central Lounge and Bar on Thursday, November 3rd.
The event is dubbed “Cigar Dinner. An upscale evening of dining, drinking, networking, and cigar smoking.
The networking and social event is hosted by Luca Di Ciero and Bruno Carusone and will cost $200 per person to attend.
With the price of admission you get;
a top shelf open bar for four hours (7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.). A full premium buffet that will include a Filet Mignon carving station, and for the smokers out there, you will be getting three Big Papi cigars.
Be sure to arrive on time because Big Papi himself, David Ortiz, will be making a special appearance.
