Do you think Astoria has a trash problem?

Trash: we’ve all got it, but it seems like some of us may not know where to actually dispose of it. Despite the numerous public trash cans on every corner of the neighborhood, the problem of littering and garbage seems to be increasing.

It should be noted that the city of New York has cleaning laws in place, with fines ranging from $100-450 depending on an individual’s previous littering offenses.
