City Councilmember Costa Constantinides announced this week that more than $200,000 for Astoria cleaning services has been allocated, reported Queens Chronicle.  The funding, which comes from the Council member’s discretionary money along with the Council’s NYC Clean Up and Parks Equity initiative, will help expand cleaning routes to 21st Street.  Constantinides said that “Since we began our Keep Astoria Clean…
